1. I reserve the right to decline any commission request without explanation
2. I also reserve the right to change the price of a commission request based on complexity and specific requests.
3. Payment is accepted via Cashapp or Venmo where a 50% non-refundable deposit is required after sketch is approved. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork.
4. I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.
5. The commissioned artwork is for personal use ONLY. Commercial use (e.g., reproducing the artwork for profit, using it in a product, NFT, selling physical or digital prints online or physical marketplace, etc.) and feeding artwork to AI is strictly prohibited
6. I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any stage if the client is rude, uncooperative, or violates the terms of service.
7. Any terminated commissions due to a violation of these terms forfeit any prior payments.
8. After the sketch is approved no major changes can be made.
